Conveyances come in multiple different forms. We never want you to have to do any math yourself because Tracts can do all of these computations for you. That is why Tracts is able to compute any conveyance seen in a deed.

When entering conveyances you can use:

  1. Fractions
  2. Decimals
  3. Percentages
  4. Whole Numbers
  5. Legalese (fraction of fraction)
  6. Net Acres
    1. If entered use the number followed by “ac”
      1. Ex. 80 ac
    2. Tracts will automatically convert to a percentage based on the acreage size of the area you entered when creating the AOI.
