Tracts Login Process
Steps of the Login Process
- Go to app.tracts.co in a Chrome browser.
- Enter the email address associated with your Tracts account and click SUBMIT.
- Open the email from Tracts.co containing your 6-DIGIT PASSCODE.
- Enter the 6-digit passcode within 5 minutes and click CONTINUE.
- If you are not able to enter the 6-digit passcode within 5 minutes, repeat these Steps.
The 6-DIGIT PASSCODE
You do not need to create a username or password to use this software. The passcode sent to you through this email is your unique login code.
Tracts recognizes that ID from your computer, automatically logging you in every time you go to https://app.tracts.co for the next 7-10 days.
My log in link has expired. How do I get a new one?
The 6-Digit Passcode sent to you is active for 5 minutes. However, a new passcode request can be submitted infinite times.
When that time period expires and you try to log in you will be prompted to enter your email address for your new passcode to be sent to you.
Make sure that you use the same email that you received your first token in.
Once you receive your email from [email protected] you then follow the Login Process and begin working again.
I accidentally signed out of my Tracts account. How do I get back in?
When you use the “Sign Out” button inside of the Tracts app the software automatically forgets your computer’s unique login and you are no longer recognized as part of the system.
You will request another passcode to be sent to you from Tracts and then you can begin working again.
Your work is still inside of the software so you do not need to worry about having lost it.
Why isn’t the software working with my computer?
Tracts software is currently only compatible with the Google Chrome browser. Any other browser on your computer will not support or work with Tracts.

Can I use Tracts on more than one device?
Yes. Tracts will operate on any workstation, laptop or pad (not mobile) that supports Google Chrome.
Will I lose my work if I exit out of the browser window?
If you close out of your browser you will not lose any of your work. In fact, this is how we recommend leaving your work session when you are done.
The Tracts software is smart and not only recognizes your unique computer ID as your login but also automatically saves your work for you. You do not need to worry about any of your work being lost.
Even if you are working offline, when you come back on the internet all updates will be changed and saved.
