📋 How to Submit a Support Request
From within Tracts:
Open the Resource Center and select Submit Support Request. This opens the Tracts Support Request Form, powered by Zendesk, where you can enter the details of your request and submit it directly to the Support Team.
Can’t access Tracts?
You can still reach the form through the Tracts Help Center:
- Search for “Support Request”
- Open the Support Request article
- Select the link to open the Support Request Form
💡 Tip: Bookmark the Help Center article so you have an alternate way to reach the form if you cannot access Tracts.

📧 What Happens After You Submit?
Once your request is submitted:
✅ You’ll receive a confirmation email letting you know your request was received
✅ The Support Team will review and route your request appropriately
✅ If helpful articles are available for your request, a Tracts agent may send them while your request is being reviewed
✅ Updates regarding your request will be communicated through email
