What do the different colors mean in the flowchart?

When you’re running title through Tracts you will encounter different color-coded flags that are synced across the flowchart, runsheet, and document chain on the bottom of SVG view. These are in place to give you a better idea of how the AOI you are working on comes together.

Green Line to Blue Party Name – Lease

Red – Flag

Yellow – Assumption

Turquoise – Conveyance

Brown – Reversion

Green Party Name – Starting Interest

Yellow Party Name – Stranger in the original view

Grey Party – Stranger in SVG or Party Has Assigned All Interest Away

Green Party – Involved in Leasehold Interests
