Why isn’t the software working with my computer?

Our software is currently only compatible with the Google Chrome browser. Any other browser on your computer will not support or work with Tracts.

If you receive your tokens to an email account that is not run through Chrome you will need to copy and paste your login link into the Chrome browser.
