Regions contain projects, and projects contain AOIs.
Think about it how you assign out work: Typically one person adds documents to a specific area and works on it solely. This is how we suggest assigning work inside of Tracts. Try to keep divisions and areas simple. Following your company’s division of workflow is helpful when trying to utilize this software.
A project could start out as AOI #1 but upon the title search, it becomes 1a, 1b, and 1c in order for the original AOI to be encompassed.
